XyGreen PermaMounter is a non-toxic, biodegradable permanent mounting media designed for the preservation of immunohistochemical and CISH stainings. XyGreen PermaMounter is ideally suited for mounting cells or tissue sections immunostained using horseradish peroxidase, alkaline phosphatase, or other suitable enzymes and their substrate-chromogens such as DAB, HRP Black, AP Blue and others, as well as H&E Tissues.

The XyGreen PermaMounter is suitable for permanent mounting of cells or tissue specimens treated with the Bio SB ChromoProtector to preserve stains of solvent sensitive substance-chromogens such as AEC, Fast Red, HRP Blue, HRP Green, Alk Magenta, Alk Scarlet, Alk Red, Alk Brown, and others.
