| Summary and Explanation | ImmunoDNA Retriever Citrate is intended to be used with heat-induced epitope or nucleic acid retrieval procedures for Immunohistochemistry (IHC), Immunocytochemistry (ICC), Immunofluorescence (IF) and in situ hybridization (ISH) of nucleic acids (both CISH or FISH). ImmunoDNA Retriever Citrate may be used whenever immuno or nucleic acid staining are performed on formalin fixed, paraffin embedded tissue sections. This product can be used with any antigen or nucleic acid. Using this product encourages standardization of the pretreatment procedure, thereby producing more consistent, more reliable results. | ||||||||||||||||||
